Indigigs Terms of Service

1. A service offered on Indigigs is called a Task.

2. You need to be a registered user to sell and buy. Registration is free.

3. All tasker’s must complete all orders, and should not attempt to cancel orders.

4. All payments should be through Indigigs.com.

5. Tasks should be ordered using the 'Order Now' button.

6. Right of all Deliverables Post Payment is with Buyer. Tasker’s retain no rights on works post payment.

7. When a buyer orders a task, the tasker gets notified by Email.

8. Taskers are required to meet the delivery duration they assured when creating their tasks. Failing to do so will allow the buyer to cancel the work order and will reduce the tasker's rating.

9. Both buyers and taskers will have the option to cancel an order by mutual agreement. Doing so has no negative effect on either party.

10. A tasker may cancel an work order at any time. However, canceling an order has a negative effect on the tasker's rating.

11. You are prohibited from making direct contact with another member, unless it's for a task you (a tasker) have been picked for, or you (a buyer) have picked a tasker for. This includes giving out your e-mail address, instant messenger, phone number, or any other method of contact outside of this site. Website addresses which display or directly link to a members contact info are also not permitted. Indigigs provides you with message exchange options, which should be sufficient for pre-project planning.

12. Posting of adult, illegal, copyright protected, violent, nonsense or other improper material on the site is strictly prohibited

13. Content on the site is moderated. Users posting, messaging or suggesting any of the above prohibited subjects will get their account blocked permanently

14. You are responsible to scan all transferred files for viruses and malware. Indigigs should not be responsible for any damages which might occur due to site usage, use of content or files transferred.

15. Tasker’s must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the 'Deliver Completed Work' tab (located in the Order Page).

16. Once work is delivered, the buyer has three days to respond. After that time, the order will be marked as complete.

17. Withdrawal of revenue will require a valid PayPal account. Please make sure that your PayPal account can receive payments before payment withdrawals are requested.

18. Funds are made available for withdrawal only after a safety clearance period of 30 days.

19. Third Party charges are bearable by users.

20. Withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. It cannot be re-done or edited.

21. Tasks may be purchased using a Credit Card or PayPal.

22. Once payment is completed, your task will be created.

23. Members may not file a complaint with one of our payment processors, including PayPal, Moneybookers or Google, regarding the funds deposited into their account. Indigigs staff will do its best to resolve any problem a member may have.

24. Members who make a complaint to our payment processor will face account termination without notice.

25. Indigigs reserves the right to use its own discretion to make decisions in favor of a party and considers its decision final.

26. In case of a problem, always try and work things out with your seller. If you need further assistance, contact SUPPORT.

27. Order cancellations (if eligible) can be done by customer support only up to a period of 10 days from order completion date. We will not be able to cancel orders after that time.

28. Members who will violate Indigigs Terms of Service will face account termination without notice.

29. Indigigs.com reserves the right to terminate the participation of any member or site without reason but expressly including any member site that Indigigs judges to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

30. Members in violation of Indigigs Terms and Conditions will be immediately deactivated. Indigigs may deactivate members with no prior notification.

31. Members found in violation of the Terms and Conditions will not receive any credit or payment from Indigigs. Members that are terminated by Indigigs on any basis other than violation of these Terms and Conditions will be entitled to receive any payment due from Indigigs.

32. Indigigs may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time.

33. We encourage our buyers and sellers to resolve any issues between themselves. If for any reason this fails, you can contact SUPPORT

34. Indigigs.com will not refund buyers to PayPal accounts. Instead, refunded funds will placed into the buyer's balance and will be made available for future purchases on Indigigs.com
